Simeon’s interest in real estate started at fourteen, taking on small home projects for friends and family around East Grand Rapids. What began as helping out grew into years of renovation and property operations work across the Midwest. Today he manages a residential rental portfolio and serves clients as a licensed REALTOR®, offering a practical, straightforward perspective on every property he evaluates.

Alongside his work with homes, Simeon spent time in self-storage management and in commercial office furniture sales and project management. Those roles expanded his experience with operations, coordination, and client service — skills that now complement his hands-on understanding of housing and help him guide buyers, sellers, and investors through the details behind each transaction.

A native of Grand Rapids, Simeon is deeply rooted in the community and enjoys working with people from all kinds of backgrounds. When he’s not helping clients, he spends time with his three nephews, catches live music when he can, and travels throughout Michigan. Northern Michigan is one of his favorite destinations, and he’s always happy to share insider tips on the best places to visit around the state.
